The Falcon's security tips.
We keep an eye out for potentially dodgy transactions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We use The Falcon, a global fraud detection system that spends all its time quietly watching Virgin Credit Card accounts. If we spot an especially large transaction or an unusual spending pattern, we'll try to contact you immediately. We may even block your card until we can make sure that someone isn't up to no good.
It's useful to remember though that even round-the-clock monitoring doesn't come close to what you can do to protect yourself.
Can't find your card?
Immediately report your card missing on 1800 080 000. If you're overseas, call +61 2 93747685 (and reverse the charges).
Our guarantee.
You will not have to pay for any dodgy transactions on your Virgin Credit Card account, as long as you or your additional cardholder:
- weren't responsible for the transaction
- didn't contribute to the loss of your card
- notified us that there was a problem as soon as you know about it and before your next repayment was due
- complied with Virgin Credit Card terms and conditions.
