We do everything possible to protect the transactions and personal information of Virgin Credit Card customers. If ever you're worried about your card or its security, please call us on 1800 080 000.

If someone else has spent up big on your card...

Don't panic. If it wasn't in any way your fault and you've let us know immediately, it won't be your problem. Read more in Disputing a weird transaction.

When do I get my new card?

Once your card is reported as stolen, we will get a new one in the post within two working days.

If you're overseas, we can courier a card to you within five working days, or you can contact MasterCard directly and they can issue a cash advance or emergency card. Read more in Using your card overseas.

Security tip.

Keep your credit card number somewhere safe - you'll need it if you ever have to report that your card's been lost or stolen. Read more security tips.
