Increasing the credit limit.

If you want more credit to play with for one reason or another, all you need to do is fill in a form and pop it in the closest post box (in most cases, you'll need to have had your card for at least six months).

How much can I ask for?

When we get your request we do a quick check of your financial situation:

• a credit check
  
• we may confirm your income with your employer
• we check you haven't had trouble paying off your card.

From there we update your limit and send you a letter so you know what you can spend.

When will I know my limit has been increased?

You can expect a letter within a week or so of us having received your application.
