Changing contact info.
It's really important that we have up to date information about you. If, for example, your statement ends up at the wrong address, you may end up paying interest or late fees unnecessarily.
Please call 1800 080 000 if any of the following change:
- postal address
- residential address
- phone number
- email address.
Additional cardholders.
You can change your own contact info, but not that of the primary cardholder.
Changing your name.
Call our Customer Care Team on 1800 080 000 and they'll tell you the paperwork we need see to confirm your name change.
Changing your account.
Give us a call on 1800 080 000 if there are any other account changes you need to make.
