NAB

Together with NAB we offer a full range of Virgin branded credit cards to assist with your everyday financial needs.

National Australia Bank Limited ABN 12 004 044 937 Australian Credit Licence 230686 (“NAB”) is the credit provider and issuer of the Virgin Money Credit Cards.

NAB has acquired the business relating to these products from Citigroup Pty Ltd (ABN 88 004 325 080, AFSL and Australian Credit Licence 238098) (“Citi”) and has appointed Citi to assist to administer the Credit Cards.

Velocity Frequent Flyer

Velocity is the global frequent flyer program of Virgin Australia, providing members with many easy, everyday ways to earn Velocity Points and enjoy fantastic rewards sooner. Not only can members earn Points by flying with Virgin Australia and Velocity's international airline partners, the program also offers a diverse range of travel and non-travel partners allowing members to earn Points on everyday purchases.

Members can then redeem Points for flights to over 500 destinations worldwide, as well as other rewards including flight upgrades, hotel accommodation, car hire, and retail products at over 150 online stores.

Auto & General

Our policies are underwritten by Auto & General Insurance Company Limited, an Australian Insurer authorised to conduct insurance business in Australia by the Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority (APRA). Auto & General Insurance Company Limited is a member of the Insurance Council of Australia and participates in the Insurance Code of Practice.

Virgin Money has teamed up with Auto & General Services Pty Ltd (AGS) to offer you car insurance with a range of flexible options and very competitive rates. AGS administers your policy on behalf of your insurer and is a related company of theirs. AGS holds an Australian Financial Services License and participates in the General Insurance Code of Practice.

TAL

TAL is one of Australia’s leading life insurers. Together with their partners they protect 4.5 million Australians and their families, helping them look after what matters most, so they have the freedom to keep living the life they planned.

In February 2011, Virgin Money and TAL joined forces to launch Virgin Life Insurance in Australia. The partnership between Virgin Money and TAL brings together two companies who are committed to tackling underinsurance in Australia by providing simple, affordable and accessible life insurance for Australian families.

Mercer

For over than 30 years, Mercer has partnered with many of Australia’s superannuation funds to deliver award-winning customer experiences through a range of products and services.

The Mercer Super Trust is an award-winning fund with expertise and a track record of delivering some of the best possible retirement outcomes for Australians, through market leadership and industry innovation.

Virgin Money Super is a plan in the Mercer Super Trust.

Mercer Superannuation (Australia) Limited is the Trustee for Virgin Money Super.

Mercer Outsourcing (Australia) Pty Ltd provides the administration services for Virgin Money Super, which includes the provision of our Customer Care Team.
