I have received an email with an invitation to complete a research survey about fraud and scams? Is this email genuine and from Virgin Money?
We have sent select customers an email asking to take part in a research survey conducted by Ergo Strategy on behalf of BOQ. This survey does not ask for personal information (e.g. account number, password, etc.) - we would never ask for this information via a survey or email.
By completing this survey you are helping BOQ better understand perception and experiences in regards to fraud and scams. It will also inform how we better support customers in the future.
