How do I download the app?

It’s easy, just like banking apps should be. You can download it for free from Google Play or the App Store. After you’ve downloaded it to your device, applied for your preferred account and completed your profile, you’re on your way.

Who can use the Virgin Money app?

The Virgin Money banking app is available for our everyday transaction account, savings account (excluding Virgin Saver customers) credit card and Lite or Loaded home loan customers. If you hold one of our other products you will continue to be serviced as you are now.

Have a RewardMe home loan? The RewardMe home loan is no longer offered for new applications. Existing customers can view interest rates and find support here.

What is a spending tracker?

A spending tracker does exactly what it says on the tin: it is a way to help you understand your spending habits. Think of it like your personal budget planner helping you know where every dollar you earn is going so you can stay on top of your bills and expenses. It’s our way of helping you create better money habits so you can concentrate on what’s important to you - smashing your savings goals.

Our spend tracker helps you both plan for and keep an eye on how much you’re spending each month in different areas. By either:

  • Automatic categorisation – Our mobile app will sort all your transactions for you into categories. You can also categorise your transactions if you would like to.
  • Tags – If you want to dig a little deeper into your spending habits, you can add personal tags to particular transactions to see how much you spend on coffee, new clothes, or going out for dinner.
  • Top brands – keep track of the top brands you’re spending at over multiple months and set spending budgets.

How do I turn on Round ups in the app?

It’s easy as. Just head to Accounts section in the app, click into your Virgin Money Go Account and switch on the Round Ups toggle. It’ll then automatically send all your change into your savings account.

How do I opt out of in-app surveys?

Your feedback helps us improve the product and customer experience.  If you wish to opt-out of any future surveys, please email appfeedback@virginmoney.com.au with your full name and subject as ‘Mobile in-app survey opt-out’. We will action your request within 5 business days.
